These terms govern your use of Keepsake, including personal archives, community tools, direct messages and in-app purchases.
1. Accepting This Agreement
By registering for, accessing or using Keepsake, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Keepsake Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or any higher minimum age required in your country, to use Keepsake. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the security of your email and credentials, and activity under your account. Do not share credentials, create an account for someone else without permission, or use another person's account.
3. The Keepsake Service
Keepsake provides tools for photographing and organizing meaningful objects, writing and preserving stories, sharing public archives, communicating with other users, receiving notifications, sending in-app gifts and purchasing supported virtual items. Features may change, be unavailable in a region or be limited for safety, technical or legal reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, reach, engagement or any particular result from using the service.
4. Your Content and Our License
You keep ownership of content you submit. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for your photos, videos, audio, text, product links, trademarks and any people shown in the content.
For public profiles, public archives and public comments, you grant Keepsake a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, display, distribute and promote that content in connection with Keepsake. For drafts, private profiles, private messages and other private records, the license is limited to hosting, storing, securing and providing the relevant feature. The license ends when the content is removed, except where copies must be retained for safety, legal, dispute or backup purposes.
5. Acceptable Use and User Safety
You may not use Keepsake to post or distribute illegal, fraudulent, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit or harmful content; infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or publicity rights; impersonate a person or organization; harass, threaten, dox or exploit another user; send spam, phishing or malware; manipulate engagement; evade account restrictions; or interfere with the app, its security or its payment systems.
Do not use private messages to scam, pressure or mislead another user into payment or an unsafe transaction. Use the report, block and appeal controls when something feels unsafe. You are responsible for deciding what personal information to share.
6. Purchases and Virtual Items
Keepsake may offer memory coins, gifts and other virtual items through supported in-app purchases. Virtual items are for use inside Keepsake only. They are not money, a deposit, a security or a promise of cash value. They cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside Keepsake. Coins may be used for supported gifts and features; gifts do not create a cash payment obligation to the recipient.
On supported devices, purchases are processed by the applicable app store. Prices, taxes, payment authorization and refunds are governed by the store's terms and policies. Keepsake does not directly process your full payment-card details. We may correct duplicate, fraudulent or failed credits and may require purchase verification before crediting virtual items.
7. Moderation, Account Status and Deletion
We may review, label, limit, hide or remove content, restrict messaging or gifting, and suspend or disable accounts that violate these terms or create safety, fraud or legal risk. We may use automated tools and human review. We cannot guarantee that every violation will be detected or that every decision will be error-free.
When you choose Delete account, Keepsake permanently deletes your account and associated data, then signs you out. This deletion cannot be undone and the account cannot be restored. You may contact privacy@shiyiwuyu.com about legally available data requests.
8. Intellectual Property, Disclaimers and Notices
Keepsake, its name, branding, software and original interface are owned by Keepsake or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted in these terms, no license is granted. If you believe content infringes your rights, send a sufficiently detailed notice to support@shiyiwuyu.com.
Keepsake is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that user content, recommendations, promotions, messages or product links are accurate, safe or reliable. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, Keepsake is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, third-party services, user content or unavailable features.
